乌灵胶囊结合帕罗西汀治疗癫痫伴抑郁的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究癫痫合并抑郁症患者应用乌灵胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院从2013年3月至2014年7月收治的癫痫合并抑郁症患者80例,采用随机数字表法将80例癫痫合并抑郁症患者分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例);对照组采取帕罗西汀进行治疗,观察组采取乌灵胶囊联合帕罗西汀进行治疗,将两组患者的HAMD评分、PHQ-9评分、临床有效率以及不良反应发生率进行对比分析。结果将两组患者的临床有效率进行统计,观察组为95.00%,对照组为80.00%,观察组的临床有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的HAMD评分与PHQ-9评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中患者发生的不良反应有头晕、嗜睡、心慌、水肿以及乏力,其中观察组的不良反应发生率为15.00%,对照组的不良反应发生率为30.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗癫痫合并抑郁症患者临床效果显著,且抑郁症状与癫痫症状均得到有效的改善,不增加不良反应发生率,因此临床值得进一步推广。Objective To study the clinical effect and effectiveness of the combination of the treatment of the patients with epilepsy and depression by using Wu Ling Capsule and Pa Rossi Dean. Methods From March 2013 to July 2014,80 patients with epilepsy were treated with epilepsy,80 cases of epilepsy with depression were randomly divided into observation group（ 40 cases） and control group（ 40 cases）; the control group was treated by Pa Rossi Dean,the HAMD score,PHQ-9 score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The two groups of patients,the clinical efficiency of statistics,the observation group is 95%,the control group was 80. 00% in the observation group,the clinical efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; observation group and control group of HAMD and PHQ-9 scores than is the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; in the course of treatment in patients with adverse reactions with and drowsiness,dizziness,palpitation,edema and fatigue,which in the observation group,the adverse reaction occurrence rate is 15. 00%,control group of adverse reactions occur rate was 30. 00%,the between group difference no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of the combined treatment of the patients with epilepsy combined with depression was significant,and the symptoms of depression and symptoms of depression were significantly improved,and it can also reduce the occurrence of seizures,and not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,so the clinical value was further promoted by Pa Rossi Dean.
