同理心对恶性肿瘤患者心理行为及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理同理心在肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2014年6月至2015年2月收治的40例恶性肿瘤患者设为观察组,护士采用同理心实施心理护理干预。将2013年6月至2014年2月收治的40例恶性肿瘤患者设为对照组,实施常规护理。比较两组患者的心理行为及满意度。结果观察组的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等方面的评分均低于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在沟通交流、服务态度、情感交流等方面的护理满意度高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理同理心护理能够有效改善肿瘤患者的心理行为,减少不良情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of nurse empathy among patients with tumor. Method 40 patients with malignant tumor who received treatment in our hospital from June 2014 to February 2015 were included in observation group and they were given empathy by nurses to implement psychological nursing intervention; 40 patients with malignant tumor who received treatment in our hospital from June 2013 to February 2014 were included in control group and they received normal nursing. The psychological behaviors and degrees of satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The scores of somatization, obsession, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group with statistical significance（P0.05）. The degrees of nursing satisfaction regarding communication, service attitude and emotional exchange in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusions Nursing empathy can effectively improve the psychological behavior of tumor patients, reduce their negative emotions and improve the degrees of nursing satisfaction.
