摘　　要：原发性胆汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,P B C)是一种以肝内小胆管损伤为特征的自身免疫性肝病,其发生发展是多种因素共同参与的一个复杂的自身免疫应答过程,多种免疫细胞和免疫分子参与其中,但具体机制尚未明确.本文主要从天然免疫方面,在细胞层面对PBC发病机制的研究现状及进展进行总结,并阐述其临床应用前景.Primary biliary cirrhosis（PBC） is an autoimmune liver disease characterized by the destruction of small intrahepatic bile ducts. Complicated autoreactive responses participate in the development and progression of PBC, which involve various types of immune cells and inflammatory mediators.However, the mechanism of PBC pathogenesis is not yet clear. In this paper, we summarize the recent advances in research of PBC pathogenesis at the cellular level based mainly on the innate immunity.
