脊柱侧弯的多层螺旋 CT应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨脊柱侧弯的多层螺旋CT应用价值。方法将2013年7月至2014年7月太钢总医院收治的90例脊柱侧弯患者按照接诊顺序均分为两组，观察组行多层螺旋CT检查，对照组行X线平片检查，对比观察二者的临床应用价值。结果观察组患者在脊柱侧弯的分类情况及脊柱畸形的评价方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论对于脊柱侧弯患者，采用多层螺旋CT检查的多种后处理图像优势较为显著，可以更加准确、全面地判断脊柱畸形的类型及范围，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application value of multilayer spiral CT in scoliosis . Methods Ninety patients with scoliosis from July 2013 to July 2014 were divided into multilayer spiral CT group（ observation group ） and X-ray inspection group （ control group ） , and compared the clinical value of the two groups .Results Observation group was better than the control group in the classification of scoliosis and evaluation of spinal deformity , and the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions For the patients with scoliosis , using a variety of post-processing image of multi-slice spiral CT examination have more significant advantages , and it can be more accurate and comprehensive judgment of the type and extent of spinal deformity , so it is worthy of clinical promotion .
