摘　　要："气"作为中医概念系统中最常用的术语,其内涵一直存有争议。分析"气"在《素问》中的具体使用及其语义特征,可知"气"是一种普遍存在的物质,并且是一个复杂的动态发展的巨系统。中医概念系统中的"气"和中国古代哲学之"气"在本质上是相同的。学界对"气"的本质难有确论,是由学科、时代差异形成的思维模式差异造成的。Qi has been the most common term in the system of Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts by a consistent existence of controversial discussions. This paper is to analyze its specific application and semantic features in Suwen, inferring that Qi is not only an essential substance by general existence, but also a huge complicated system with dynamic development. There is no different nature of Qi between the one in the system of TCM concepts and the one in ancient Chinese philosophy. Therefore, the controversial discussions are caused by various ideologies due to different subjects and times.
