摘 要:PACS系统(picture archiving and communication systems)从20世纪80年代开始发展到现在,在医学影像中已经得到了广泛的应用。相比其他学科(如X光、CT成像等),皮肤科医生采用图像分析等新技术辅助诊断的过程发展缓慢,目前大多采用肉眼判断。皮肤影像学是利用现代先进计算机成像手段,可以无创、原位、动态、实时的获取皮损图像的新方法。然而皮肤镜、皮肤超声显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜等成像方法,其各有优缺点,如何更好地利用这些设备,为医生服务,提高临床诊断效率与准确率,是我们面临的新挑战。为解决这一问题,本文对皮肤镜、皮肤超声显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜的影像进行了整合,设计研发了一套皮肤PACS系统,并在临床中取得了应用,取得了满意的效果。The picture archiving and communication system (PACS) has been widely used in medical ima-ging since the 1980s. Compared with other disciplines, dermatological diagnosis using new technology process developed slowly. Currently most dermatologists use naked eye observation to diagnose skin lesions. Based on the development of modern advanced techniques, a new skin imaging method, gathering images noninvasively, insitu, dynamically, and real-time for clinical diagnosis is realized. However dermoscopy, high frequency ultrasound, confocal microscopy have their own advantages and disadvantages. How to make better use of these techniques for physician service and to improve the efficiency and accuracy for clinical diagnosis, is a new challenge for us.
