多层螺旋CT成像技术在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的提高多层螺旋CT成像技术在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中重要性的认识。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的28例胃肠道间质瘤的CT表现。结果 28例胃肠道间质瘤中,胃部15例、十二指肠7例、空回肠5例、胃肠道外(小网膜)1例。多层螺旋CT重建技术的应用能清楚显示28例病变,其中18例呈圆形,10例呈不规则形;生长方式:内生型7例、外生型4例、腔内外生长型16例、胃肠道外型1例。结论多层螺旋CT成像技术在胃肠道间质瘤的诊断中有很大的价值。Objective To enhance the manifestation and application value of multi- slice spiral CT（MSCT） in diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors（GIST）. Methods MSCT findings of 28 cases were retrospectively analyzed,diagnosed with GIST surgically and pathologically. Results Among the 28 cases,15 cases were located in stomach,7cases in duodenum,5 cases in small intestine,1 case in lesser omentum. The application of multi- slice spiral CT reconstruction technology can clearly show 28 cases of GIST. Eighteen tumors presented round shape and other 10 had irregular margins.28 cases were verified by CT reconstruction technology,including endogenous type（n=7）,exogenous type（n=4）,intra- and extra- luminal growth（n=16）and others（n=1）. Conclusion Multi- slice spiral CT imaging is of great value in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
