摘　　要：抗菌肽是机体天然免疫系统的重要成分,口腔抗菌肽在抑制口腔细菌生长、维持口腔健康方面起着重要作用.文中主要针对人体口腔抗菌肽种类、分布、功能、表达方式与表达水平、与疾病的相关性等方面的进展作一综述,并总结分析了将抗菌肽应用于口腔疾病临床防治、诊断的可能性以及存在的问题和对策.Antimicrobial peptides are important components of the innate immune system. Oral antimicrobial peptides play an important role in inhibiting oral bacterial growth and maintaining oral health. This review article summarized the advances about oral antimicrobial peptides with respect to their varieties, distribution, functions, expression pattern and level, as well as their relationships with some oral diseases. The possibility of using antimicrobial peptides for preventing, treating or diagnosis of oral diseases was explored, and some difficulties in their clinical application and the approaches to overcome them were also analyzed.
