儿童急性小脑共济失调108例临床分析

摘　　要：目的统计分析儿童急性小脑性共济失调与肠道手术病史的相关性。方法选取2015年6月-2015年9月南京市儿童医院神经内科收治的急性小脑共济失调患儿108例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果本组108例儿童急性小脑共济失调患者中,既往有肠道手术病史71例（65.7%）,其中,肠套叠整复术47例,腹股沟斜疝修补术10例,新生儿期手术5例,阑尾切除术3例,肠套叠整复术＋阑尾切除术3例,先天性巨结肠肠切除术1例,右肾肾母细胞瘤切除术1例,右侧卵巢扭转卵巢切除术1例。结论儿童急性小脑共济失调与既往肠道疾病手术治疗史有一定的相关性,尤其是肠套叠整复术,应引起儿科医师足够的重视。Objective Analysis of the correlation between children with acute cerebellar ataxia and its＇ history of intestinal surgery. Methods Retrospective statistical analysis of 108 acute cerebellar ataxia cases＇ clinical data. Results Of 108 cases, 71 cases with a history of intestinal surgery（65.7%）.In these cases,47 cases of intussusception reconstructive surgery, 10 cases of inguinal oblique hernia repair,5 cases of neonatal surgery,3 cases of appendectomy,3 cases of intussusception reconstructive surgery and appendectomy,1 case of congenital megacolon bowel resection,1 case of right kidney renal tumor resection,1 case of right ovarian torsion ophorectomy. Conclusion Certain correlation exist in acute cerebellar ataxia cases and its＇ history of ntestinal surgery, ntussusception reconstructive surgery takes more risks.
