摘  要:目的探讨口腔门诊六手操作优质护理服务的应用效果。方法在口腔种植门诊实施六手操作护理服务,为患者提供高质量、安全舒适、人文的优质服务,并与四手操作进行比较,术后采用视觉模拟评估尺进行问卷调查。结果经过5年多的临床实践,其术后患者总体满意度、治疗舒适度的六手操作分别为96.25%,96.20%;四手操作分别为86.20%,85.00%;两者比较其治疗舒适度(P<0.01),总体满意度(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在口腔门诊实施六手操作优质护理服务,为患者提供更人性化护理服务,使患者病痛得到解决的同时也感受到温馨的人文关怀。Objective To investigate the application effect of six hand operation of high quality nursing service in oral clinic. Methods To carried out six hand operation nursing service in oral implantology, for patients to provide high quality, safe and comfortable, humanistic nursing service,and compared with four hand operation, after surgery used a visual analog scale assessment questionnaire. Results After more than five years of clinical practice, in postoperative patients,the six hand operation score of overall satisfaction and treat comfort were 96.25% and 96.20% respective; Four handed operation was 86.20% and 85.00%; comparing the treatment of comfort(P〈0.01), overall satisfaction(P〈0.05), the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion In the dental clinic implementation hand operation of high quality nursing service, to provide more humanized nursing service for patients and the patients pain resolved at the same time also feel warm humanistic care.
