摘　　要：我国企业登记制度改革是一项系统性工作。本文分析了改革中的重点和难点,并对如何加强市场主体、市场活动监督管理,落实监管责任,切实维护市场秩序进行了阐述。希望能为相关部门尽快适应企业登记制度改革需要提供参考。Reform of enterprise registration system is a systematic work. This paper analyzes the key elements and the difficult points in China＇s enterprise registration system reform. The paper elaborates how to strengthen the supervision over the main market-oriented players and their market activities, to implement fully the responsibility, and to safeguard earnestly the market order. Furthermore, this paper provides some references for the relevant government departments to adapt the requirements of the enterprise registration system reform as early as possible.
