摘  要:目的了解某医科大学学生对男男同性恋的态度,并对其相关影响因素进行分析,为医学生对同性恋认同研究提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,结合自制的认知和态度量表,对天津医科大学在校1 010名医学生对男男同性恋态度进行调查。结果经因子分析,认知量表包含对男男同性恋性质认知、性交往认知和生存认知3个维度,Cronbachα系数为0.805。态度量表包含1个维度,Cronbachα系数为0.833。分别构建了2个多元回归模型,模型1中R2=0.083,纳入性别(β’=0.135)、朋友中有无同性恋(β’=0.181)、性质认知(β’=0.686)和生存认知(β’=0.131)等变量后,模型2中R^2=0.621,表明性别、朋友中有无同性恋、性质认知和生存认知是医学生对男男同性恋态度的影响因素,其中女性、朋友中有同性恋者、性质认知和生存认知得分高者对男男同性恋者的态度更加宽容。结论医学生对男男同性恋的态度与性别、接触和认知密切相关,应有针对性加强健康教育。Objective To determine medical students' attitudes towards gay men and associated factors. Methods Strati- fied cluster sampling was adopted to recruit medical students in Tianjin Medical University. The attitude towards gay among students was measured by the homemade cognitions scale and attitude scale. Results After the factor analysis, cognition scale was divided into three dimensions and named as the nature, sexual behavior and living of gay men. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the cognition scale was 0. 805. Only one dimension was produced from the attitude scale, which was named as the attitude to gay and the Cron- bach's α coefficient was 0. 833. Finally two muhivariable regression models were established respectively. The results showed that model 2 had a higher R2 than model 1 (0.621 vs 0. 083) for the joining of new variables such as gender, whether having homosexu- al friends, cognition of nature and living. Partial regression coefficient of the four variables was 0. 135, 0. 181, 0. 686 and 0. 131 respectively. Female, students who had homosexual friends and who had high score of cognition of nature and living were more tol- erant towards gay. Conclusion The attitude towards gay men among medical students was associated with gender, contacting and cognition, indicating that pertinence health education should be implemented.
