高校学生肌电生物反馈指标与人格心理健康的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨高校学生生物反馈指标与人格特征、心理健康之间的关系,为更好提升生物反馈训练效果积累资料。方法对招募的重庆科技学院76名大学生和研究生志愿者进行肌电生物反馈测试和人格及心理健康调查。结果肌电生物反馈（EMG）平均值与EPQ中的N因子,SCL-90中的敌对因子、精神病性因子得分均呈正相关（r=0.236～0.300,P值均〈0.05）,EMG标准差与EPQ中的P因子、N因子,SCL-90中的总分、人际、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子得分均呈正相关（r值分别为0.227～0.325,P值均〈0.05）,与EPQ中的E因子呈负相关（r=-0.252,P〈0.05）。EPQ中的N因子对EMG平均值具有正向预测作用（Beta=0.300,P〈0.01）,SCL-90中的恐怖因子和EPQ中的P因子对EMG标准差均具有正向预测作用（Beta值分别为0.293,0.271,P值均〈0.01）。EMG标准差的高分组在EPQ中的P分、N分和SCL-90量表中除了强迫因子以外的其他所有因子和总分上均高于低分组（t=2.105～2.988,P〈0.05）。结论肌电平均值与标准差同诸多心理健康指标和人格特征关系密切,肌电标准差比肌电平均值更能判断个体由SCL-90测评出来的心理健康水平的高低。Objective To explore the relationship between electromyographie biofeedback with personality and mental health. Methods A total of 76 undergraduate and graduate students received electromyographie （EMG） biofeedback, mental health and personality questionnaires investigation. Results EMG average were positively correlated with N factor of EPQ, hostility and psychoticism factors of SCL-90（r=0. 236-0. 300, P〈0. 05）. EMG standard deviation had positive correlation with P and N factors of EPQ, interpersonal, depression, anxiety, hostility, photic anxiety factors and total score of SCL-90（r=0. 227-0. 325, P 〈0.05）, which negatively correlated with E factor of EPQ（ r= -0. 252, P〈0.05）. N factor of EPQ had a significantly positive effect on EMG average （ Beta=0.300, P〈0.01）, photic anxiety factor of SCL-90 and P factor of EPQ had a significantly positive effect on EMG standard deviation （Beta=0. 293, 0. 271, P〈0.01）. Students in the high score group of EMG standard deviation had signifi- cantly higher scores in P and N factors of EPQ, all factors except compulsion and total score of SCL-90 than those in the low score group（t=2. 105-2. 988, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The level of EMG average and standard deviation were closely correlated with psychological and mental health characteristics. EMG standard deviation was more related to SCL-90 than EMG average.
