摘　　要：目的构建消毒供应中心实习生教学大纲,并通过实际应用确认大纲的教学效果。方法以Delphi专家咨询法为基础,建立包括教学项目、教学内容、教学方式、课时安排等内容的教学大纲。结果教学大纲应用结果表明,该教学大纲可靠性较高,提升了护理实习生的理论与技能水平。结论该教学大纲符合消毒供应中心实习生带教工作的特点,具有一定的指导意义。Objective To construct the teaching syllabus for the interns in the Disinfection Supply Center and to verify the effectiveness of teaching with practical application of the syllabus. Methods Based on the application of the Delphi expert consultation method, a teaching syllabus was constructed, including establishment of the teaching project, teaching content, teaching methods, and class arrangements. Result The application teaching syllabus indicates that the syllabus has high reliability and helps the interns improve the theoretical and operating skills. Conclusion The teaching syllabus for interns conforms to the characteristics of the teaching work in the Disinfection Supply Center and has certain reference significance.
