摘　　要：本文阐述我院以ASP.NET技术为支撑,采用Visual Studio 2005开发环境,使用SQL Server2005建立后台数据库,设计开发了医院人力资源管理系统。系统的应用满足了我院战略发展的需要,实现了对人力资源的有效管理。The paper explained the process in which our hospital designed and implemented the human resource management system with the support of the ASP.NET technology, as well as by using Visual Studio 2005 as the development environment, and through the application of the SQL Server 2005 as the background database. The system meets the needs of the strategic development of our hospital and enables the hospital to manage human resources effectively.
