摘　　要：1959年，英国物理学家、小说家C·P·斯诺在剑桥大学作了一场著名的演讲。他提出，存在着两种截然不同的文化：由于科学家与人文学者在教育背景、学科训练、研究对象以及所使用的方法和工具等诸多方面的差异，他们关于文化的基本理念和价值判断经常处于相互对立的位置，并且还相互鄙视、甚至不屑于去尝试理解对方的立场。这一现象就被称为“斯诺命题”。斯诺认为两种文化的分裂必然会妨碍社会和个人的进步与发展。Promote the fusion of culture and science & technology,develop new cultural formats,and elevate the large-scale,intensive and professional level of cultural industries.' Under the call of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the wings of science and technology are given to culture.In fact,culture and science & technology twin influences on the development process of human economy and society.Of China's four great inventions,papermaking brought the text carrier revolution while printing allowed cultural knowledge to be rapidly spread.They are both early specimens of the fusion of culture and science & technology.Since the Industrial Revolution,every extensive application of modern science & technology has not only changed people's production and life,but also spawned new cultural formats.At the end of the 19 th century and the beginning of the 20 th century,when such technologies as photography,slide projection,radio engineering and electronic transmission were gradually maturing,the film,radio and TV industries developed rapidly,becoming the main types of the existing cultural industries.With the extensive use of network information technology and digital technology,science & technology has been integrated and infiltrated into the creation,production,dissemination,consumption as well as other links of cultural products.Zhang Gang said, 'In 2016,one of the cultural construction goals of Shandong is related to culture and science & technology,namely,thoroughly implementing the cultural innovationdriven strategy.To be specific,we need to reinforce the construction of the culture,science & technology innovation system;actively cultivate a batch of demonstration bases integrating culture and science &technology as well as cultural and scitech enterprises with strong innovation capacity,and train a number of interdisciplinary talents of culture and science& technology;we must actively promote the fusion of culture and science & technology,with the number of national and provincial culture and sci
