摘　　要：阐述了L CD玻璃划线机切割工艺及其影响因素,分析了现有划线机的加压机构对刀头压力控制存在的不足。针对压力重复性的要求,通过音圈电机的零摩擦驱动方式,对加压机构进行了改进,有效地增加了刀头压力的重复精度,提高了生产良率。The article mainly elaborated the cutting processand the influencing factors of glass onLCD Glass Incising Machine, and analyzed the deficiency existing in the pressure parts of the traditional machine to the control of the pressure of cutting head .For the pressure repeatability, pressure parts was improved by the frietionless driving mode of theVoieeCoil Motor, in order to increase the pressure of repeat precision, and improved the production yield.
