摘　　要：目的:探讨去氢骆驼蓬碱脂质体对人宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法:将去氢骆驼蓬碱单体制备成脂质体形式并对其进行结构表征;采用细胞毒性试验CCK-8法检测去氢骆驼蓬碱和去氢骆驼蓬碱脂质体对Hela细胞增殖的体外抑制作用。结果:去氢骆驼蓬碱脂质体的粒径分布集中,去氢骆驼蓬碱和去氢骆驼蓬碱脂质体对Hela细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为3.83μg·m L-1和2.84μg·m L-1。结论:去氢骆驼蓬碱脂质体形式可以增加其抗宫颈癌肿瘤活性。Objective： To probe the effect of harmine liposome on human cervical carcinoma cell lines He La. Methods： The harmine monomers were prepared into liposome form and its structure was characterized. The inhibitory effects of harmine and harmine liposome on the proliferation of He La cells in vitro were detected by using CCK-8method. Results： The particle size of harmine liposome distributes concentrated. The half inhibitory concentration（ IC50） of harmine and that of harmine liposome on Hela cells were 3. 83 μg·m L- 1and 2. 84 μg·m L- 1,respectively. Conclusion： The liposome of harmine can increase its activity of anti- cervical carcinoma.
