企业可持续增长应用研究——以长安汽车与重庆啤酒为例

摘　　要：可持续增长为协调公司增长与内部资源的平衡提供了有用的工具,公司可以用可持续增长来分析资源和增长的协调情况,从而寻找有利于公司长期发展的措施。本文选用长安汽车和重庆啤酒作为典型案例,具体分析在实际增长率和可持续增长率不一致的情况下,公司所能采取的有效措施。建议公司在制定长期发展规划时,进行可持续增长管理,安排好相应的经营策略和财务政策。Sustainable growth is a useful tool of balanced growth and internal resources.Companies will use sustainable growth to balance the resources and growth,and find the effective measures to the company's long-term development.This paper choose Chang-an Automobile and Chongqing Brewery as a typical case to specific analysis the effective measures which can be taken by the company,when exist the inconsistency of the actual growth rate and sustainable growth.This paper suggested that when the company make the long-term development plan,the company should note sustainable growth management and arrange for the appropriate operating policies and financial policies according to their own development.
