摘 要:[ Objective] This study aimed to establish a new method for determination of propofol content in rat whole blood with capillary microextraction and fluo- rescence spectrometry. [ Method ] The effects of extractant, extraction time, capillary length, capillary diameter and protein precipitant on extraction rate of propo- fol from rat whole blood were investigated. [ Result] The optimal extraction conditions were: 5 ml of cyclohexane as extractant, 1 ml of methanol as protein precipitant, extraction time 3 min. Under the optimal extraction conditions, the average extractive rate of propofol was higher than 99%. The linear range of the estab- lished method was 0.05 - 10.0ug/ml, and the relative standard deviation was less than 2%.
