摘  要:针对Shell气化炉堵渣影响装置长周期运行的问题,介绍了Shell气化炉中渣的形成过程,并从炉渣流动特性、原煤属性、炉内构造、操作管理等方面,分析了Shell气化炉堵渣的原因,提出了相应的解决和预防措施。实践证明,通过选择气化操作条件较宽、煤质和供煤量相对稳定的煤源,均质化配煤,加强生产操作管理控制等措施,可以减少Shell气化炉堵渣情况的频发。改变渣口尺寸,理论上也可显著减少堵渣情况的发生,但需进一步的工业实践验证。With respect to the problem that Shell coal gasification blockage affects long operation of the unit, the formation process of blockage in Shell gasifier is introduced, and the reasons of blockage in Shell gasifier are analyzed from the aspects of flow thermal property of the slag, coal property, furnace structure, operation and management. And relevant solutions and preventive measures have been put forward. Practice has proved that choosing broad gasification operation condition, coal source with relatively stable coal quality and supply, homogenizing coal blending, and strengthening production management can reduce the frequent slag blockage in Shell gasifier. In theory, changing the size of slag discharge hole can also reduce the occurrence of blockage significantly, but it needs to be verified by further production practices.
