摘　　要：分享一例产甲胎蛋白的胃类癌患者,并结合文献复习,发现与普通胃癌相比,产甲胎蛋白胃癌(AFPGC)具有其独特的生物学特性,预后较差,甲胎蛋白(AFP)表达水平与肿瘤负荷和治疗效果有一定关系,AFP有可能作为判断肿瘤复发、转移的参考指标之一。A gastric carcinoid patient with high alpha-fetoprotein expression was analyzed with literature review. We found that alpha-fetoprotein-producing gastric carcinoma（AFPGC） has unique biological characteristics and poor prognosis compared with normal gastric carcinoma. The expression level of AFP is related to tumor load and treatment effect, and we conclude that AFP may be used as a reference index for judging tumor relapse and metastasis.
