摘 要:目的了解广州地区海产品、淡水产品及外环境水体中溶藻弧菌污染状况,研究其毒力相关基因分布特征,为溶藻弧菌感染防治提供依据。方法采集广州市市售水产品及外环境水体标本,进行溶藻弧菌分离鉴定,对分离到的溶藻弧菌毒力相关基因toxR、Collagenase^(VP)、tox S、trh、tdh、tlh、Collagenase^(VA)、UreR、Fla A、omp W、Asp A、fur等进行实验室检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果共采集320份样品,溶藻弧菌检出率为20.31%,其中海产品的检出率最高,为26.30%,淡水产品检出率为11.67%;65株食源性和环境分离株检测到toxR、Collagenase、tlh、Fla A、omp W、Asp A、fur基因,未检测到tox S、trh、tdh、UreR基因。结论广州地区海产品、淡水产品测到及外环境水体中溶藻弧菌污染严重,其致病因子具有复杂性及独特性,需加强水产品与外环境水体的监测,做好预防控制疾病工作。Objective To investigate the contamination of Vibrio alginolyticus in aquatic products and external environmental water and reveal the distribution of its virulence- related genes,in order to provide reference for the control of infections caused by V. alginolyticus. Methods Samples from marketing aquatic products and the external environment water were collected for the isolation and identification of V. alginolyticus,and the virulence related- genes of the isolated V. alginolyticus were analyzed for detection of toxR,Collagenase-(VP),tox S,trh,tdh,tlh,Collagenase-(VA),UreR,Fla A,omp W,Asp A and fur. And the results were statistically analyzed. Results Among the total 320 samples,the detection rate of V. alginolyticus was 20. 31%.The detection rate in marine products was the highest of 26. 30%,while it was 11. 67% in freshwater products. The related virulence genes such as toxR,Collagenase,tlh,Fla A,omp W,Asp A and fur were distributed among 65 strains of food- borne and environment- isolated V. alginolyticus,with the exception of tox S,trh,tdh and UreR. Conclusion The contamination of V.alginolyticus in aquatic products and external environmental water was serious in Guangzhou,and the types of virulence genes of the pathogen showed diversity and specification. It is necessary to conduct the risk evaluation of aquatic products and external environmental water to control and prevent the outbreak of diseases.
