摘  要:《法律基础》课程作为中职法律相关专业教育教学中的基础性和重要性课程,其教育教学有效性直接影响着专业学科的教学。同时,对于《法律基础》教学的革新也是近年来中职法律专业教学的热门话题。参与式实践教学模式的引入,使得《法律基础》教学有了新的理念和改革方向。然而参与式实践教学存在的弊端需要我们在教学中不断改进,以期促进《法律基础》教学的改革。Legal foundation course is the fundamental and important course in the relevant legal professional education teaching of the secondary vocational schools. Its availability in education teaching directly influences the professional discipline teaching. At the same time, the reformation of legal foundation teaching becomes a popular topic in the legal professional recently. With the introduction of participating practice teaching mode, the legal foundation teaching has the new idea and reform orientation. But we should also correct the disadvantage in the process of teaching to improve the reform of legal foundation teaching.
