胃镜下喷洒卡络磺钠注射液治疗消化性溃疡出血效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价胃镜下喷洒卡络磺钠注射液对消化性溃疡出血的临床效果及安全性。方法:将86例消化性溃疡伴出血患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组43例。对照组胃镜下给予喷洒8%去甲肾上腺素溶液止血,试验组胃镜下给予喷洒卡络磺钠注射液止血。观察并比较两组胃镜操作时间,止血有效率。术后记录黑便、呕血次数、血红蛋白浓度,观察术后不良反应发生率。结果:两组患者胃镜操作时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者治疗后黑便、呕血次数及血红蛋白浓度均少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组止血有效率为97.7%,显著高于对照组的81.4%(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为0.5%,显著低于对照组的25.6%(P<0.05)。结论:胃镜下喷洒卡络磺钠注射液,配合内科治疗及其他止血方法,对消化性溃疡出血的止血效果确切,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of spraying Carbazochrome Sodium Sulfonate treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding under gastroscopy.Method：86 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into two the control group and the experimental group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given 8% Noradrenaline Solution to stop bleeding,the experimental group was spraying Carbazochrome Sodium Sulfonate.Observed and compared the two groups of endoscopic operation time,the bleeding efficiency,recorded the melena,hematemesis times,postoperative hemoglobin concentration,and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.Result：There was no statistical significance between the two groups in endoscopic operation time（P0.05）.The experimental group of melena,hematemesis times,postoperative hemoglobin concentration were less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The hemostasis efficiency of the experimental group was 97.7%,it was significantly higher than the control group（81.4%）（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions（0.5%） in the experimental group was significantly lower than 25.6% in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Spraying Carbazochrome Sodium Sulfonate under gastroscopy combined with medical therapy and other methods of hemostasis,peptic ulcer bleeding hemostatic effect is exact,it is worth clinical promotion.
