摘  要:除夕夜,可谓是好酒好菜的盛会。平日不常做的,工序多的,价格贵的,也都在这一天里顾不上那些“麻烦”了。不过除了大餐,还有几类“小食”,它们乍看低调平常,但年年制作,历久不衰,靠的并非高端大气上档次,而是倾注其间细水长流的殷殷亲情。这就好像,辛劳一年,让回家的脚步最义无反顾的,始终是那份简单而温暖的乡情。The Lunar New Year's Eve is a feast of good wine and savory dishes.The dishes which are seldom cooked in usual days,with lots of procedures and high prices,can be served on the table regardless of those 'troubles'.Apart from big meals,there are several 'snacks',which appear to be low-key and ordinary at first glance,but are made every year,with enduring popularity.They don't depend on the high-end,classy and upscale style,but focus on the longlasting family affection.It seems that the simple yet warm homesickness is always the reason causing people to return home without hesitation after a year of hard work.In the Yantai-Weihai region,Shandong,the most festive thing during the Spring Festival is eating a large white steamed bun.Steaming buns is one of the important Spring Festival customs in eastern Shandong,signifying 'growing prosperity' in the next year.Variousshaped steamed buns like jujube buns,ingotshaped buns and pomegranate buns become the ways for people to express New Year wishes.People in Zibo and Jinan like eating Suguo.There is an old saying that goes, 'Rich or poor,every household like eating Suguo.' In such regions,all households will select suitable ingredients according to their own economic conditions so as to share the pleasure of the Spring Festival.Perhaps,it proves the reputation of Suguo as a festival dish!
