康复新液联合口腔溃疡散治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨康复新液联合口腔溃疡散对复发性阿弗他溃疡患者炎性因子及疗效的影响。方法：134例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各67例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组患者在此基础上加用口腔溃疡散喷洒于口腔溃疡处,q2 h;观察组患者在对照组基础上加用康复新液,每次10 ml,口中含漱5~10 min后缓慢咽下,tid。两组疗程均为7 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效、炎性因子指标、临床症状改善程度及复发情况。结果：观察组患者的总有效率为95.52%,明显高于对照组（82.09%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素（IL）-1、IL-6水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的溃疡持续时间显著短于对照组,视觉模拟评分法评分显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访6个月,观察组患者的复发率（11.94%）明显低于对照组（31.34%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：康复新液联合口腔溃疡散有助于降低复发性阿弗他溃疡患者的炎性因子水平,缓解临床症状,提高疗效,降低复发率。OBJECTIVE：To explore the effects of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Oral ulcer powder on inflammatory cytokines and therapeutic efficacy of recurrent aphthous ulcer. METHODS：134 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 67 cases in each group. Both groups received routine treatment;control group was additionally given Oral ulcer powder,q2 h;observation group was additionally given Kangfuxin liquid,10 ml/time,gargling for 5-10 min and then swallowing slowly,tid. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 7 d. Clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory cytokines,clinical symptom improvement and recurrence were observed in 2 groups. RESULTS：Total effective rate of observation group was 95.52%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（82.09%）,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）;ulcer duration and VAS score of observation group were significantly shorter or lower than those of control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）;after followed up for 6 months,recurrence rate of observation group（11.94%）was significantly lower than that of control group（31.34%）,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS：Kangfuxin liquid combined with Oral ulcer powder helps to lower levels of inflammatory cytokines of patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer,relieve the clinical symptoms,then improve therapeutic efficacy and reduce recurrence rate.
