摘  要:文章设计了一种基于飞思卡尔MC912XET256的气动比例阀控制系统来控制发动机工作腔的液体流量,从而达到改变制动力的效果。MC912XET256采用PWM级联后,气动比例阀输出精度为0.009,提高了精度。控制气动比例阀进气占空比在60%-75%之间,在此精度下,气动比例阀控制的汽车缓冲器所产生的制动力与气动比例阀的占空比成线性关系,便于用户进行制动缓冲器的挂档操作,使得重卡安全制动,提高了可操作性和安全性。同时此系统还通过控制冷却水阀,使得冷却水适时给升温后的缓速介质——油进行降温,保证了持续制动力矩的输出,提升了车辆的制动热衰退性能。In this paper, a pneumatic proportional valve control system based on the flying MC912XET256 is designed to control the fluid flow of the engine working chamber, thus achieving the effect of changing the braking force. MC912XET256 using PWM cascade, the pneumatic proportional valve output accuracy of 0.009, improve the accuracy. At the same time control gas pneumatic proportional valve intake accounted for duty cycle between 60% to 75%, pneumatic proportional valve control car bumper system on the power and gas dynamic proportional valve accounted for empty rather than a linear relationship, it is convenient for user to brake buffer gear operation, making the heavy truck safety braking and improve the maneuverability and security. At the same time, the cooling water valve is controlled by the cooling water valve, which can ensure the output of the continuous braking torque and improve the braking performance of the vehicle.
