征地拆迁中的政府诚信建设

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的不断发展,我国政府征地面不断扩大。政府在征地拆迁工作中的违法审批、违法公告、违法补偿,违法评估等行为,严重的侵犯了被拆迁人的合法权益,也降低了自身的诚信度与公信力。其成因政府工作人员有法不依、执法不严、滥用权力、业务素质差、职责意识不强。政府工作人员应加大执法力度,增强执法监督,重视业务培训和职业道德建设,不断实现决策民主化,限制权力膨胀,以完善政府在征地拆迁工作中的诚信建设。With the economic and social growth, governmental land requisition is expanding. In the process, governmental conducts, such as illegal approval, announcement, compensation and evaluation seriously infringe the lawful rights and interests of relocating families and also damage the integrity and credibility of the government itself. The causes include failure in abiding by the law, slack law enforcement,abuse of power, poor professional competence, weak duty awareness of governmental staff. Public officials should intensify law enforcement efforts. The supervision over law enforcement should be strengthened. Professional training and shaping of professional ethic should be focused. Governmental decisions should be made in democratic ways to limit power expansion. In doing so, the governmental integrity could be improved in land requisition and demolishing.
