教学医院科研平台在研究生科研能力培养中的作用

摘　　要：以医院科研实验平台5年多的运转情况为基础,从教与学两方面详细分析了教学改革和实践所取得的经验,提出了制约教学医院科研平台发展的因素与对策,指出科研实验平台应分层指导、有的放矢可以更好地促进教学互惠、共同发展。Based on the operation situation of the hospital scientific research platform in the past five years,this paper analyzes our experience in teaching reform and practice regarding teaching and learning,discusses the factors restricting the development of the platform in teaching hospitals,and proposes countermeasures.It then points out that the scientific research platform should be managed at various levels and with different purposes so as to promote mutual benefits and common development of teaching and learning.
