摘　　要：针对SS_4型电力机车因胶木螺栓断裂引起主变压器起火故障,在分析主变压器组装特点的基础上,完善检修主变压器装备及环境,探索主变压器组装螺栓量值化方法,提出了预防主变压器起火的建议,确保机车安全运行。Aiming at the fire failure in SS_4 electric locomotive main transformer caused by bakelite bolt fracture, the equipment and the surroundings of main transformer maintenance are improved, the quantitative method of assembly bolt for the main transformer is explored,and the proposal to prevent the main transformer from fire is put forward, which ensure the locomotive safety operation.
