摘　　要：《中国制造2025》规划提出要打造具有国际竞争力的制造业。要实现这个目标,必须有大批符合产业转型升级需要的高素质技能型人才。当前,我国技能型人才培养与产业需求脱节较为严重。针对这一问题,文章提出基于产业联盟的技能型人才培养体系,并从人才培养方案确定过程、资源共享机制、人才培养评价体系等三个方面进行论述。It is proposed in ＂MADE IN CHINA 2025＂ plan that a manufacturing industry with international competitiveness is to be build. To achieve this goal, a large number of high-quality skilled personnel are needed to meet the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading. In present China, the skilled personnel training cannot meet the industrial demand. To solve this problem, this paper presents a technical personnel training system based on industry alliance, and expounds it from three aspects, which are the process of making personnel cultivating program, the mechanism of resource sharing, and the training evaluation system.
