摘　　要：研究生德育和思想政治教育在研究生培养过程中发挥引导学生树立正确的人生观、世界观、价值观的重要作用。本文针对传染病专科医院在读研究生思想状况的基本特征,通过召开导师培训会、建立学生党支部以及组织丰富多彩的学生活动等措施,对学生进行道德教育、理想教育和集体主义教育,以提高研究生整体素质。Ideological and political work for postgraduates are the fundamental critera in guiding postgraduates to establish a correct outlook on life, world and values. This paper illustrates the practices taken by the infectious diseases hospital to apply this value. Based on the basic features of the ideological state of the postgraduates, the infectious diseases hospital trained the tutors, established the student communist party and organized a variety of student hyperactivities to reinforce all member awareness of the moral education, the ideal of education and the education of collectivism.
