摘 要:胰腺癌发病隐匿,进展迅速,死亡率高,预后差,其临床诊断及疗效评估主要依靠影像学检查。传统影像学因为只能提供形态学变化信息,因此大多只能诊断中晚期肿瘤;目前腹部功能磁共振技术应用发展很快,从细胞分子水平上提供胰腺癌诊断或者患者预后信息已成为可能,从而可以早期诊断和制定个性化治疗方案,尽可能降低胰腺癌病人的死亡率。本文对灌注加权成像在胰腺癌诊断﹑分级﹑疗效评估等的应用作一综述。Pancreatic cancer grows elusively and rapidly, and is with high mortality and poor prognosis. The clinical diagnosis and evaluation of therapy are often depended on imaging examination. However, traditional imaging can provide clinicians with lesion information only when its morphological changes happen. In most cases, advanced pancreatic cancer losing optimal chance of treatment. Nowadays, with widely use of functional magnetic resonance imaging in abdomen,it is possible to get molecular information of pancreatic cancer and early formulate personalized treatment protocol with the goal to decrease the mortality. This review focus on the principle of perfusion weighted imaging and its application in diagnosis, grading, and evaluation of therapy for pancreatic cancer.
