摘 要:目的建立粮食中镍、锰、铁、锌、铜、钾、钠、钙和镁的原子吸收光谱法,了解2014年-2015年广州市市售粮食中该9种金属元素的含量状况。方法粮食样品经湿法消解,运用原子吸收光谱法的Fs序列快速序列分析技术检测样液中的9种金属含量。结果各元素相关系数为0.999 0~1.000 0,平均回收率为86.6%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为0.34%~0.98%,方法的检出限为0.020 mg/kg^1.500 mg/kg。4种粮食中均含有大量矿物元素,其中小米中所测9种元素普遍高于大米、粘米粉,玉米制品中所测元素含量略低。结论该法操作简便,具有良好的灵敏度和重现性,结果可靠,适用于粮食中多种金属元素的检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of nickel,manganese,iron,zinc,copper,potassium,sodium,calcium and magnesium in grain by atomic absorption spectroscopy,and to investigate the content of the nine metallic elements in grain from markets in Guangzhou during 2014-2015. Methods The grain samples were digested with wet digestion method,and the content of nine metallic elements in sample solutions were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry using fast sequential analysis technique. Results The results showed that the correlation coefficients of the method were among0. 999 0-1. 000 0. The average recoveries were among 86. 6%-99. 6%,the RSDs were among 0. 34%-0. 98%,and the LODs were among 0. 020 mg / kg-1. 500 mg / kg. There were a lot of mineral elements in 4 kinds of grain,and the content of the elements in millet were generally higher than that of rice and sticky rice,and the corn products were slightly lower. Conclusion This method is simple,reliable with high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and it can be applied for the determination of multiple metallic elements in grain.
