下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征的中西医结合治疗及效果评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征的中西医结合治疗及效果评估。方法:将2014年5月—2015年5月在我院内科治疗的60例下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗方法,观察组采用中西医结合治疗方法,比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状改善情况以及静脉再通情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿胀、疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下肢深静脉再通率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征采用中西医结合治疗效果显著,能够改善下肢肿胀,减轻疼痛,促进血栓的消融,具有积极的临床意义。Objective：To investigate the treatment and effect evaluation of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine for deep venous thrombosis syndrome. Methods：In May 2014 and 2015 may treated in our hospital 60 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,observation group by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment,were compared between the two groups of curative effect,symptom improvement and vein recanalization. Results：In the observation group,the effective rate is 96.67%,significantly higher than the control group of 80%,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）;observation group swelling,pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）;observation group of lower extremity deep venous recanalization rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：After the formation of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis syndrome with combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment effect significantly to improve lower limb swelling,relieve pain and promote thrombosis ablation has positive clinical significance.
