摘　　要：王长洪教授认为缓解期溃疡性结肠炎脾肾阳虚为复发之根本,湿热毒瘀为发病之宿根,创立健脾温肾、清化湿毒、涩肠敛疮之法维持缓解溃疡性结肠炎,临床效果显著,笔者对其经验进行总结,以飨同道。Professor WANG Changhong thinks the basic reason for ulcerative colitis in remission stage recurring is spleen and kidney Yang deficiency. The damp,heat,toxin and blood stasis is the root cause which is so difficult to eliminate. Based on years of clinical experience,professor WANG Changhong created the treatment principle of warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen,clearing heat and toxin,astringing the bowel and healing the wound. Clinical effect is remarkable. Now open access to others.
