摘　　要：文章主要分析现行刑事证人出庭作证的立法规定及司法现状,找出证人出庭率的主要问题,并借鉴国外刑事证人作证机制,以我国当前司法实践为基础,提出相应的完善措施与保障机制。This thesis mainly analyzes the present legislation and judicial status of the current criminal witness to testify in court,to find the main problem of the witness＇s appearance rate and draw lessons from foreign criminal witness to testify mechanism,to put forward the corresponding improvement measures and safeguard mechanism based on the current judicial practice in China.
