摘　　要：目的:观察乳腺癌组织中钠尿素受体A(NPRA)的表达及与临床病理资料间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法对符合条件的乳腺癌50例及癌旁正常组织46例进行NPRA染色,并结合临床病理资料分析两者之间的相关性。结果:符合纳入标准的乳腺癌组织50例,癌旁正常组织46例;NPRA在TNM I和II期中NPRA蛋白的强阳性表达率为36.8%(7/19),在TNM III期和Ⅳ期中NPRA的强阳性表达率为80.6%(25/31),组间比较具有统计学差异。NPRA蛋白表达水平与患者的发病年龄、肿瘤部位、淋巴结转移、组织分化程度、肿瘤直径大小间比较无统计学差异。结论:NPRA在乳腺癌组织中高表达,且与患者TNM分期相关。Objective：To observe the expression of Natriuretic Peptide Receptor A（NPRA）and its relationship with clinicopathological data clinical significance in the Breast Carcinomas.Methods：Using immunohistochemical technique to investigate the NPRA protein in eligible human breast ductal cancer and para-carcinoma specimens,and analyze the relationship between NPRA expression and clinical pathological features.Results：Including50human breast ductal cancer and 46para-carcinoma specimens in the standard,the positive expression of NPRA was36.8%（7/19）in patients of TNM I and TNM Ⅱ,the positive expression of NPRA was 80.6%（25/31）in patients of TNM Ⅲand TNM Ⅳ,statistical significance was found between groups.While the expression of NPRA showed no statistically significant among the association of age,lymph node metastasis,tumer size,histologic differentiation and tumer position.Conclusion：NPRA is highly expressed in patients with human breast ductal cancer,the higher positive expression of NPRA was correlation with TNM Stages.
