摘　　要：从企业内外部因素出发,分析吸收能力与环境动荡性对技术多元化与企业绩效之间关系的影响机制,采用中国五个行业上市公司2004—2012年面板数据进行实证研究。结果表明,技术多元化与企业绩效呈正向相关关系,吸收能力和市场动荡性对技术多元化与绩效之间的关系有显著正向调节作用,而技术动荡性对二者之间关系的调节作用并未完全得到支持。Based on enterprise internal and external factors,this paper analyzes the moderating effects of absorptive capacity and environmental turbulence on the relationship between technological diversification and firm performance. It collects panel data from 2004—2012 on listed companies in China＇s five industries to do empirical research. The result shows that technological diversification has a positive effect on firm performance. Absorptive capacity and market turbulence play significantly positive moderating role in the relationship between technological diversification and firm performance. Technological turbulences＇ moderating effect between technological diversification and performance is not supported completely.
