摘　　要：生命质量评估似乎是一个客观、科学的工具,用来协助指导在日常临床实践中复杂的道德困境。在过去的几十年,生命质量评估对临床决策的影响越来越大,甚至影响到产前筛查和临终抢救的决策上。然而,也有一些学者发现其局限性,提出一些挑战及修改意见。生命质量评估的理论基础仍然值得探讨。本文将反思生命质量评估应用于临床实践的利弊,得出以下结论:在当前社会和政治压力下,生命质量应用于临床实践可能存在误导性和潜在的危险。本文同时将探讨生命质量评估在神经心理学、灵性照护等方面的研究进展;并建议鉴于生命质量评估的复杂性,临床实践中需明智地应用这个工具。Evaluation of quality of life （QoL） seems to be an objective and scientific tool to deal with complicated and ethical dilemmas in clinical practice. Over the past few decades, evaluation of QoL has increasingly influenced clinical decisions, including prenatal screening and decision-making at the end of life. However, there are also some scholars who found its limitations raised some challenges and improvements. The theoretical basis of QoL evaluation is worth exploring. This article tries to rethink it and find that under the pressure of society and politics, applying QoL to clinical practice may be misleading and potentially dangerous. This article also discussed research progress of QoL in neuropsychology and spiritual care. Given its complexity, this tool should be used wisely in clinical practice.
