摘  要:为深入分析我国民航飞行员疲劳安全风险,建立符合我国民航特点的飞行员疲劳数据库,基于美国航空安全报告系统(ASRS)发布的飞行机组疲劳报告,采用语义网络分析的方法,研究200份机组疲劳事件报告中飞行员疲劳发生的时间、诱发因素、直接原因、人为因素、贡献因素及引发的后果,建立飞行疲劳事件语义网络图。用这个网络图,以飞行疲劳为起点,按照向前追溯疲劳原因和向后推演疲劳后果的步骤,实例分析美国UPS公司的货机坠毁事故。结果表明,应用飞行疲劳事件语义网络图,能够快速分析得出事故中飞行员疲劳发生时间特征、诱发因素、直接原因、人为因素、贡献因素和可能引发的后果。To analyze deeply safety risks civil pilot's fatigue entails in China,and to establish a pilot's fatigue information database with characteristics of Chinese civil aviation,an analysis method based on semantic network was worked out making reference to pilot's fatigue reports issued by the American Aviation Safety Reporting System( ASRS). Time characteristics,inducing factors,direct cause,contributing factors and consequences of pilot's fatigue in 200 pilot's fatigue reports were analyzed. Eventually,a complete pilot's fatigue semantic network diagram was established. A case analysis was made for the USA UPS cargo crash accident in 2013 by means of the diagram,which started from pilot's fatigue,traced back to fatigue reason and deduced fatigue consequences backwards. The result shows that time characteristics,inducing factors,direct cause,contributing factors,human factors and probable consequences of the pilot's fatigue in an accident can be quickly obtained by means of the pilot's fatigue semantic network.
