摘　　要：《灵枢·行针》是《灵枢经》的重要篇章,主要论述了由于人的体质不同,在进行针刺操作时会出现6种不同的反应,并对不同反应的原因和机理做了深刻的探讨。本文从整体审查,调和阴阳、体质各异,针感迥然、辨证施治,指导临床等方面浅析针灸学术思想,这些为指导后世针灸临床的发展奠定了基础。As an important chapter in Miraculous Pivot,＂Miraculous Pivot and Needle Manipulation＂discusses six responses to acupuncture in patients with different constitutions and the causes and mechanisms of these responses. This article analyzes the academic thinking about acupuncture from the aspects of holistic review,coordinating and harmonizing yin and yang,different constitutions,different needling sensations,syndrome differentiation- based treatment,and guiding clinical practice,which lays the foundation for the clinical development of acupuncture.
