摘  要:现阶段,消化内科的实习带教通常集中在临床病症的诊治方面,电子胃肠镜作为消化内科当中关键的"操作"内容,其一直属于带教中的盲区。针对电子胃肠镜教学,临床中通常采用"填鸭式"的教学方法,尽管该种方法能够在理论层面获得良好的效果,然而在实践能力层面的效果却不够理想。随着医学模式的不断转变,针对电子胃肠镜教学进行改革,提升教学质量与教学效率就成为消化内科带教的重要内容。鉴于此,笔者总结自身多年的带教经验,提出几点加强消化内科电子胃肠镜教学的措施,仅供参考与借鉴。At present, the teaching of digestive internal medicine internship usually focus on the clinic diagnosis and treatment of disease. Electronic stomach, as the key "operating" content of digestive internal medicine, has belongs to the dead zone of teaching. "Cramming method of teaching" is often used in the electronic stomach teaching, which is effective in theoretical aspects but inadequate in the aspect of practice ability. With the changing of medical model, in view of the electronic stomach and teaching reform, improving teaching quality and teaching efficiency has become the important content of digestive internal medicine teching. In view of this, the author puts forward some measures of strengthening the teaching of electronic stomach of digestive diseases on the basis of years of teaching experience.
