摘　　要：《形势与政策》课是对学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道、主阵地。教师是教学质量的根本保证。通过对高职院校《形势与政策》课程特点的分析,探讨如何加强高职院校《形势与政策》课程师资队伍建设、提高师资水平,增强教学效果。The course of Situation and Policy is an important way to take ideological and political education.Teachers are the fundamental factor to secure the teaching quality. Thepaper analyzes the characteristics of the course of Situation and Policy, discusses the way to ;reprove the construction of teaching staff and enhance the teaching ability and effectiveness.
