摘　　要：旅游管理专业以应用型人才培养为主要特点,因此实践教学在旅游管理专业人才培养中地位尤其突出。当今旅游管理专业人才竞争日益激烈,适应旅游行业发展的特色人才培养将有利于在人才竞争中取得优势,这也为实践教学提出了新的任务和挑战。本文以广东海洋大学旅游管理专业为例,剖析了其滨海旅游特色实践教学体系构建的现状及存在问题,从突出实践教学滨海旅游特色、优化师资结构、加快实习基地建设步伐、强化教师对学生的实践引导等四个方面提出相应措施完善滨海旅游特色实践教学体系。The main feature of tourism management major is the cultivation of applied talent, so the practical teaching is very important in the talent training of tourism management major. Due to the fierce competition among tourism management majors, the cultivation of characteristic talents makes a good preparation for the competition in the future and provides new mission and challenge for the practical teaching of tourism management major. Taking Guangdong Ocean University as characteristic practical teaching tourism practical teaching system. an example, this paper analyzes the status and problems in the coastal tourism system, and puts forward measures to perfect the coastal tourism characteristic
