浅议大枣在《伤寒论》中的应用

摘　　要：大枣性甘温,为健脾益胃、药食两用的佳品。从汉代名医张仲景著作《伤寒论》中可知其对大枣青睐有加,临床使用广泛。文章通过总结《伤寒论》中运用大枣的40首方剂,探讨医圣张仲景对大枣的运用规律,发现其主要利用大枣与生姜相伍调和营卫、补中益气、缓和药性的作用。并且在临证运用中,根据具体病证选择大枣的用量,对大枣的炮制亦有所规范,足见张仲景对大枣应用的精熟。Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae is sweet and warm, which is good for medicine and food with the effect of strengthening spleen and tonifying stomach. The famous doctor of Han dynasty, ZHANG Zhong-jing, has well used Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae from his work of Treatise on Febrile Diseases. In this paper, through summarizing the use of Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae in Treatise on Febrile Diseases from 40 formulas, to discuss Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae＇s application of ZHANG Zhong-jing in this book. It is found that he made full use of the Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae with its medicinal characteristics, including regulating ying and wei with ginger, tonifying middle-jiao and qi, moderating the nature of medicinals. And in the clinical application, he chose the dosage of the Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae according to the specific situation. He also regulated the Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae＇s processing. To all of these, it could be known ZHANG Zhong-jing was very skilled at using Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae.
