理性选择制度主义视角下的志愿服务动机分析

摘　　要：本文假设制度为志愿者提供了实现其价值和偏好的条件和保证,通过制度对志愿者具有的价值来解释志愿者提供志愿服务的动机。同样,志愿者选择参加到志愿组织中来提供志愿服务,也是因为志愿组织本身设立了一个制度,而这个制度能够为志愿者提供更好的而其他的制度所不能提供的利益。这种利益并不是通常意义上的经济报酬,而是通过志愿服务,志愿者的价值追求和个人偏好得到了满足。The thesis assumes that the system provides the volunteers with the conditions and guarantee to realize their values and preferences,and explains the motivation of volunteer service through the value of the system to volunteers.Similarly,volunteers choose to take part in voluntary organizations to provide volunteer services only because voluntary organizations set up a system,which provide volunteers better benefits that other systems cannot provide.This benefit is not the usual economic reward,but can satisfy the value pursuit and the personal preference of the volunteers through the voluntary service.
