肝癌感染患者益气养阴法治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴法治疗肝癌感染患者的疗效,为临床提高治疗效果提供参考。方法随机选取2012年1月-2014年12月湖北中医药大学附属襄阳中医医院住院肝癌感染患者78例,按照随机数表法进行分组,将2012年1-12月37例感染患者作为对照组,选取2014年1-12月41例感染患者作为观察组,对照组患者实施常规预防感染措施和服用抗感染药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采取益气养阴法治疗,两组患者干预30d后比较肝功能指标、患者感染治愈率以及出院时两组患者的平均住院时间。结果观察组患者发热、白细胞检测数量等感染症状缓解程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的感染率分别为7.3%、16.2%,对照组有明显下降,且对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施益气养阴法能有力促进肝癌感染患者的疗效,同时可提高治疗的整体认可度。OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of Yiqiyangyin therapy in treatment of infections in liver cancer patients so as to provide reference for improvement of the clinical efficacy.METHODS Totally 78 hospitalized patients with liver cancer complicated by infections during Jan.2012 to Dec.2014 were randomly selected and grouped according to the random number table method.The 37 infected patients during Jan.-Dec.2012 were set as the control group,the 41 infected patients during Jan.-Dec.2014 as the observation group.The control group was treated with routine infection control measures and anti-infective medication and the observation group took Yiqiyangyin therapy on this basis.The two groups were compared for liver function,the cure rate and the average hospital stay after intervention for 30 days.RESULTS The case number of fever,the white blood cell count and the alleviation degree of other infection symptoms were lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The infection rates were 7.1% and 17.6%in the observation group,which were decreased compared with the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The implementation of Yiqiyangyin therapy can effectively promote the treatment efficacy of infection in liver cancer patients,meanwhile,it can increase the overall acceptance of treatment.
