不同消毒方式预防白内障患者术后眼内感染的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较不同消毒方式预防白内障患者术后眼内感染的临床疗效,为临床工作提供依据。方法选取2012年5月-2015年8月医院进行白内障超声乳化手术的100例患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为3组:A组患者33例术前聚维酮碘冲洗1次,B组患者33例术前聚维酮碘冲洗两次,C组患者34例术前术后聚维酮碘各冲洗1次;比较各组患者术前与术后细菌的检出率,术后感染的发生率和术后症状评分及泪液分泌;采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果 A组患者术前共12例,占36.36%检查细菌培养阳性;B组术前11例,占33.33%细菌培养阳性;C组12例,占36.36%细菌培养结果阳性,各组患者的细菌培养结果阳性率差异无统计学意义;患者术后病原菌检出率、症状评分和泪液分泌(Slt)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前聚维酮碘冲洗二次可降低白内障患者术后眼内感染的发生风险,且不增加不良反应发生率。OBJECTIVE To compare the preventive effects of different methods of disinfection to the postoperative intraocular infections,so as to provide references for clinical work.METHODS From May 2012 to Aug.2015,100 patients with cataract were chosen as study objects,and all patients were divided into 3groups：33in group A（povidone-iodine used for one time before operation）,33 in group B（povidone-iodine used for two times before operation）and 34 in group C（povidone-iodine used for one time before operation and one time after operation）.The positive rate of pathogens,the rate of intraocular infections,symptom scores and Slt were compared among different groups.SPSS 16.0was adopted for statistical analysis.RESULTS Before the operations,pathogens were detected in 12patients（36.36%）in group A,11（33.33%）in group B and 12（36.36%）in group C,the difference had no difference among different groups（P〉0.05）.In 100 patients,no patients（0.00%）had postoperative infections.After the operation,the positive rate of pathogens,symptom scores and Slt had significant difference among different groups（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Washing with povidone-iodine for two times before operation can reduce the risk of postoperative intraocular infections,without increasing the rate of side reaction.
